So my Eggie and I were talking the other day, and we came to the conclusion that bisexual guys are a myth! Well, not really… but neither of us has ever met one, and we thought that was strange. Well, I thought that was strange, because I think girls are so yummily sexy… but of course Greggie was like, “Makes sense to me!” LOL And I was thinking about girls, too…. and how every lesbian / bi girl I’ve ever met IRL (and some that I’ve met online, although I don’t know about all of them because I don’t make a habit of asking, LOL) is overweight, including myself. I was wondering why, and my theory is this: maybe a woman who by loving other women steps from the role that’s been handed to her by society is also able to shrug off, to a certain extent, the expectations of said society when it comes to her appearance. I mean, it generally requires some self-confidence to be an open homosexual, so perhaps that self-confidence also spreads to other areas such as realizing that one is beautiful even if one doesn’t conform to the ridiculous standards of physical beauty set by our largely male-dominated society. So that’s what I think.
My DVD’s are more scattered now, I think, than they’ve ever been before. Lesse…. Cowboy Bebop series is with Sack, Trigun is with Lexie (since she just gave back Tenkuu no Escaflowne), the TNE movie is with Fiddy-chan, and as to where Inuyasha discs 1, 2, 3, and 6 are, I have not a clue. I’m so glad that everyone can enjoy anime!!
