I spend so much time bitching about insomnia that I really ought to document it when I get a decent sleep. Yesterday I slept so soundly that I missed my alarm. THIS IS A GOOD THING AND NOT A BAD THING even though I missed my alarm. It’s like some kind of miracle, actually. Though it’s probably just my body gearing up for a whole month of lying awake for four hours every time I get in bed or something.
